Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
As our products are custom made, refunds are not applicable. It means, once the order is placed and already charged, there is no possibility for a chargeback, considering that the products will be already on production by that time.
For an exchange, it's not possible unless there is a defect or damage in the product.
