Shipping policy
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using Canada Post, but most of the time we ship the orders the next business day.
You’ll receive a notification e-mail as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery standard is 3 – 12 business days within Canada, and delays can always occur although not usual.
Local Pickup is possible. In this case send us an e-mail with such request that we arrange the time for a pickup. (Standard shipping of CAD$3.00 is still charged for pickups).
The store provides the approximate timing of when deliveries will arrive, but the only guaranteed delivery on exact day is the express shipping option available at checkout. Please check the estimate time when choosing your shipping option.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer CAD$3.00 flat rate shipping to Canada and CAD$4.20 flat rate shipping to U.S. ; estimated delivery time for both countries can vary between 3-12 business days depending on the city. Delays are occurring since the pandemic has started.
Expedited Parcel and Express: are offered for Domestic and International shipping, please check the options at checkout for the calculated rate and time.
Free Shipping: we offer free shipping with tracking number on order over $100 before taxes using the Expedited Parcel option from Canada Post.
